Talking about robotic there are some questions that appear in my mind, one of them is what was the first robot built by human? Before looking at which robot that becomes the first robot in this world we need to know the exact meaning of word robot first. If we considered robot as machine that has ability to function on its own or automaton the answer to the above question will be 1948 W. Grey Walter’s three wheeled machines named Elmer and Elsie. But if we were not considered robot as machine that has ability to function on its own the answer will be 1898 Nikola Tesla’s operated boat as the first robot built in world.
